1. 1. Rule 1 ; TOPIC: Folk Dance Form (Mayilattam, Oyilattam, Thappattam, etc;.)

1. 1. Rule 2 : Duration: 3-5 minutes. (Performances exceeding 5 minutes will be trimmed by the event committee.)

1. 1. Rule 1 ; Karaoke track (if any) must be submitted in a pen drive before the event at the registration desk.

1. 1. Rule 2 ; Music replacement is not allowed once submitted.
      Only three (3) participants per college are allowed.

      Only one team per college can participate.

1. 1. Rule 1 ; Theme: A celebration of south Indian cinema’s iconic historical films, where royal elegance and vintage glam take center stage on the ramp

1. 1. Rule 2 ; Participants must wear modest, non-revealing attire that aligns with the theme.
      Team size: 5-8 members.
      Participants must bring their own materials.

1. 1. Rule 3 ; Background music (if any) must be submitted in a pen drive before the event at the registration desk.(Music replacement is not allowed once submitted.)

Event 1: Theatre Act

Rules and Regulations

1. 1. Rule 1 ; Theme: “Echoes of Earth: A Climate’s Call.”
      Team size: 5-8 members

1. 1. Rule 2 ;  Participants may bring screens, images, and props if required.
      Background music (if any) should be submitted in a pen drive to the event in charge before the event at the registration desk.

1. 1. Rule 3 ; Space for makeup and costumes will be provided.
      Duration: 3-5 minutes. (Performances exceeding 5 minutes will not be taken into consideration by the event committee)

Rules and Regulations

1. 1. Rule 1 ; Theme will be given on the spot.Participants must bring their own camera.Photos must be taken inside the campus.

1. 1. Rule 2 ; Each participant can submit only one (1) photograph which should be mailed to our email with your lot number and name

1. 1. Rule 3 ; Model’s consent is mandatory before capturing their photograph.
      Edited photographs will not be accepted.

Event 4: Shortfilm

Rules and Regulations

1. 1. Rule 1 ; Only three (3) members will be allowed at the screening venue per short film entry.
      Registration fee: Rs. 500/-.

1. 1. Rule 2 ; No specific theme – the content is at the discretion of the participants.
      >Maximum duration: 10 minutes.
      (Films exceeding 10 minutes will be trimmed by the event committee.)
      >A short description (100 words max), cast, and crew details must be >submitted online via Google Form along with the short film.
      >Short films uploaded on social media will not be accepted.
      >Caution and Disclaimer must be included in the film.
      >Accepted format: MP4, max file size: 1 GB.
      >The short film must be uploaded only in the official drive link provided by us in our website.
      >The upload must be completed on or before March 1, 2025 (Saturday).
